Platform: Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 (X64) OS Language: English (United States) Loaded Profiles: Owner (Available Profiles: Owner) Scan result of Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) (圆4) Version:13-07-2015 I did this over the course of a few days, mind you, and I just scanned with FRST today and got the logs. I managed to find a way to disable all Add-ons, because I figured with how many there were ((after making a temporary Admin account and checking on there)), they would be the issue, but even after disabling them all and resetting IE ((on the main account)), the old add-ons are still there ((disabled)) and IE continues to crash upon opening. Everytime I would open IE, whether it be from the pop-ups ((which are apparently gone after an MBAM scan)) or me opening it manually, it would immediately crash. One problem that still sticks out to me ever since I first logged onto it. This seemed to get rid of most of the problems, but I'm confident, with how heavily infected it was, it's not in the clear yet. I did the usual removal process with MBAM and reboot the computer ((I have the log, but I'm unsure if I should post it)). I did a scan with Malwarebytes first, after enabling Rootkit detections, and I believe it detected around 13 to 15 items. I managed to transfer Malwarebytes ((and FRST)) onto the laptop with a thumbdrive. ((Note I don't have access to internet on this Laptop.)) Upon opening it and logging into it ((after charging it)), I was shown it was heavily infected, Windows Explorer windows constantly opening without warning ((it sometimes got so overwhelming I had to reboot the laptop)), a bunch of junk on it that opens at Start Up and lags the computer, and other things. The DELL doesn't work, but the HP one, a laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium on it, does work.
